Given the bespoke nature of our products, we cannot provide refunds for custom prints. These items are uniquely made and cannot be resold, leading to unnecessary recycling and waste, which contradicts our commitment to environmental sustainability. Nevertheless, if you encounter any problems with your print, we will collaborate with you to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Gift vouchers are non-refundable. You will need to send your design back to us, and we will provide all necessary details to proceed. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then we will process your exchange within a certain number of days.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. For items valued over $25, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items, so please use a signed-for delivery service and ensure you track your shipment.
